Job Overview PlanetArt is looking for a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to support the companys growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end development of cross-functional reports/dashboards used by a diverse set of teams across the company. This position requires a strong understanding of business and mktg. data as well as the ability to create and maintain dashboards communicating KPIs and other analytics to an executive audience. As a BI analyst, you must be willing to collaborate cross-functionally to understand data requirements and assist with designing analytics solutions and strategies to support business objectives. This is a remote, work-from-home position.
What Youll Do Key Responsibilities
Monitor existing metrics, analyze data, and partner with internal team members to identify opportunities for improvement
Conduct advanced data analysis and statistical modelling to extract actionable insights that inform actionable decisions
Build sophisticated reporting and analytical tools that empower stakeholders. Execute data measurement processes and analysis that feed into KPIs and dashboards
Design and Monitor metrics/dimensions to monitor product and business performance
Obtain quantitative and qualitative data of business processes to analyze, determine, and promote data-driven decisions.
Compile, assess, and summarize complex information using Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and SQL programming.
Develops expertise across platforms and channels to enable measurement of campaign efficacy including social, paid search, email, etc.
Reports campaign insights impact up to Digital leads and Brand marketer to inform brand plans and strategies.
What You Should Have Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements
5+ experience in working in analytics or related area.
Expertise in SQL and at least one scripting language (ideally Python/R)
Expertise in Tableau and other visualization tools
Strong background in statistical analysis, programming, and experimentation
Excellent communication skills: able to lead initiatives across multiple product areas and communicate findings with leadership and product teams
Experience leading key technical projects and substantially influencing the scope and output of others
Knowledge to translate quantitative findings into actionable insights and influence business decisions
Experience with building and deploying ML tools is a plus

Position requires regular, continuous use of computer.
Position requires regular sitting and standing.
Position requires regular interaction with team members through the following methods: phone, WebEx, Slack, or email.
Position requires time and screen tracking via Hubstaff
