What we need
Experience dealing with:
Efficient caseload management from inception to settlement, you’ll handle pre-litigated and litigated motor claims up to £25k
Knowledge of working both the OIC and MOJ claims. Experience with Verisk/COA platform preferable
Multi-jurisdictional exposure to cover England & Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland
A tenacious understanding of negotiating and settling credit hire claims
Working with an MGA/Insurer/Reinsurer panel on referral, based on a delegated authority basis
Attention to detail and the ability to provide quality interactions with stakeholders, clients and customers to the high standards required by our business
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
Ability to work to system driven SLAs and workflows
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Comfortable working in a fluid role in a fast paced environment
Requirements
5+ years of experience in the insurance industry (motor), focusing on claims handling
3+ years of experience in personal injury and credit hire claims handling
Ability to deal with delegated authority and client philosophies
Curious and motivated by problem solving and questioning the status quo
Desire to engage in learning opportunities and continuous professional development
