About the job
This position is needed to help Twilio business teams in delivering various automation solutions by collaborating with product management teams and directing the activities of the development and support teams.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Manage a team of 6 developers to deliver multiple robotics and automation initiatives globally and companywide to obtain the ROI for each automation
Manage program deliverables while maintaining adherence to governance/change management process, adherence to best practices, overall program prioritization, coordination with 3rd party vendor, and Steering Committee and Business Process Owner communications
Lead end-to-end business process review meetings/workshops, documenting current process identifying pain points and opportunities for simplification and standardization
Develop PDDs and SDDs as required initially and eventually train the team in producing these documentation
Serve as a Testing Resource when required: Review test scripts, ensuring all positive, negative, and controls scenarios are included for various projects
Effective deployment of all aligned RPA automations per the agreed-upon project plan schedule
Prepare and maintain online content about RPA

Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
7+ years of demonstrated experience in automation solutions and development
Experience in Ui Path’s Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Mining tools, Intelligent document processing as a developer, architect and administrator
PM experience in automation projects
Experience with Agile and ITSM frameworks
Experience building and managing stakeholder relationships and expectations
Experience with change Management and deployment methodologies
Willing to work in the EMEA shift (1pm - 10pm) IST
Desired:
Ui Path Developer Certification
Experience or exposure to Prompt Engineering, Chatbots or AI features of Slack, ServiceNow or other platform applications
Location
This role will be remote-India.
Approximately 10% travel is anticipated.
Travel
