- Educate client teams on best practices across retailers
- Translate insights into action plans, prioritizing SKUs and categories that deliver the highest commercial impact.
- Collaborate across internal and client teams — including retail media, analytics, and operations — to ensure content improvements connect to upstream and downstream levers.
- Develop retailer-specific playbooks and repeatable frameworks that scale content excellence across multiple categories and regions.
- Monitor performance post-implementation and communicate measurable results through data-driven reports and storytelling.
- Benchmark brand performance against competitors using CIQ analytics to uncover whitespace and best practices.

What You'll Bring:
- 6-8+ years of experience in digital shelf content, eCommerce operations, or CPG performance marketing.
- Expertise in content optimization, product data management, and retailer content standards (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.).
- Strong analytical and communication skills — able to synthesize large data sets into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and highly proactive in managing deliverables.
- Collaborative, client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving instincts.
- Passion for digital commerce, technology, and continuous improvement.
