Appointment Setter/Leads Generation Specialist
A Melbourne-based ceramic design studio is seeking a remote Appointment Setter/Leads Generation Specialist to support the growth of their client base. The ideal candidate will be creative, proactive, and experienced in sourcing leads and securing appointments with high-end clients in the design, interior, or hospitality sectors. Work Hours:20hours/week (part-time with potential to transition into full-time); AU working hours Work Set-Up:Remote (PH-based); Independent Contractor Monthly Salary:$240-$400
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Research and Prospecting:
Identify and qualify leads in target markets: top restaurants, boutique hotels, architecture & interior design firms
Track and manage leads using Monday.com CRM
Monitor industry trends and spot new outreach opportunities
Outbound Outreach:
Initiate contact through email, LinkedIn, and Instagram (based on target audience)
Craft and send personalized outreach messages to showcase our product lines
Maintain consistent, professional follow-ups to nurture interest
Sales Support:
Schedule meetings or hand off qualified leads to the Sales Lead
Focus outreach on standard catalog products to streamline quoting and design
Support lead generation across both ceramic and chocolate product lines
Role Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation, sales support, or marketing
Exceptional research abilities with a knack for identifying, qualifying, and organizing high-quality leads
Outstanding written English and strong professional communication skills
Comfortable using LinkedIn, Instagram, and email marketing platforms to connect with prospects and build engagement
Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools
Self-motivated, highly organized, and driven to achieve measurable results
Nice to Have:
Experience in the hospitality, interior design, or architecture industries
A background in working with design-led brands or premium creative products
Knowledge of high-end B2B sales cycles and buyer journeys
Familiarity with the Australian and Southeast Asian markets
