Analytics Engineer
How You'll Make an Impact:
As an Analytics Engineer, you’ll help bridge the gap between raw data and actionable insights. Working within the BI team, you’ll own the modeling layer, design and optimize scalable data pipelines, and build business-friendly datasets that empower better decision-making across the org. Your work will be foundational to ensuring data quality, clarity, and consistency — helping the business get trusted insights faster.

We are a lean team that works to deliver the Analysis and Insights to the business. We collaborate across departments to understand business challenges, design and maintain scalable, business‑friendly data models and curated datasets that help in their analytics projects and decision making. People who thrive here are naturally curious, highly accountable, and enjoy translating numbers into real-world business outcomes.
What You Bring to the Team:
Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Operations) to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data products, in close collaboration with your BI teammates
Own and maintain scalable data models and curated datasets (primarily in Snowflake) that support self-service analytics
Design and optimize data pipelines and ETL workflows using tools like Matillion (or similar), SQL and Python for reliable data delivery
Implement proactive validation and monitoring to ensure trust in data quality
Contribute to the standardization of key metrics and documentation to ensure clarity and alignment across teams
What Sets You Up for Success:
3–5 years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data analytics roles
Strong SQL skills, including CTEs, window functions, and query optimization
Familiarity with Python for light data manipulation and integrations
Experience working with modern data warehouses (Snowflake preferred) and orchestration tools
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bonus Skills to Stand Out (Optional):
Experience with Matillion, dbt, or other transformation layer tools
Familiarity with BI tools like Sigma or Tableau
