AI Solutions Architect
About the role
We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to design, develop, and implement innovative AI-powered solutions that solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in machine learning, cloud architecture, and software engineering, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive strategic AI initiatives across the organization.
Location. This role is remote-based in the United Arab Emirates.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures and scalable systems using industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data science, operations) to translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions.
Lead the technical direction of AI initiatives including model selection, data pipeline architecture, deployment strategies, and MLOps practices.
Evaluate and recommend AI tools, frameworks, cloud services, and infrastructure for production-grade systems.
Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate AI capabilities and validate solution approaches.
Ensure solutions adhere to best practices in model fairness, privacy, security, and compliance.
Mentor data scientists and engineers on best practices in AI architecture and deployment.
Stay updated on industry trends, research, and emerging technologies in AI and machine learning.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML systems.
Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and services for AI (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI).
Hands-on experience with data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Kafka) and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).
Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
Familiarity with model evaluation, A/B testing, and monitoring in production.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI models (e.g., LLMs).
Experience deploying AI models at scale in enterprise environments.
Certifications in cloud architecture or AI/ML.
