Proven hands-on experience with LLMs (Azure OpenAI, HuggingFace, RAG pipelines, etc.). Strong experience with Azure Cloud - building and deploying App Services and AI Apps. Experience working with Azure AI Foundry and integrating AI models. Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development and automation. Experience in UI/web app development (HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular). Experience integrating LLMs into business process workflows and chat-based UI (Teams, Power Apps, etc.). Strong knowledge of databases - both RDBMS (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (CosmosDB, MongoDB). Strategic Thinking - ability to translate business problems into technical AI solutions. Rapidly build, test, and iterate on proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for real-world business challenges. Mentor other IT staff and provide technical leadership across the IT organization.
