We are over 550 professionals and currently looking for an AI Enablement Developer.  As an AI Enablement Developer, you’ll join the Revenue Operations team to build AI-powered systems and solve ad-hoc tasks that supercharge lead generation and internal go-to-market processes. This is a fast-moving, startup-style role ideal for automation and AI enthusiasts!

Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

• Build microservices for automated lead generation

• Connect platforms like Airtable, Clay, other data providers, and HubSpot via APIs

• Tackle quick-turn data tasks (crawling & parsing, extraction, migration, merging)

• Use LLM APIs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, open source) for smart automation

• Ship fast - startup mode, not corporate cycles

Tech stack:

• Languages: Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL

• Scraping: BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Puppeteer

• AI & APIs: LLMs, MCP, Apify, SERP, Airtable, Clay, HubSpot, Instantly

• Tools: Cursor or WindSurf

Qualifications

We Expect You to:

• Be passionate about AI and automation

• Have an experience with RAG, agents in langchain/crewai/autogen, scraping tools

• Skilled in fast prototyping and microservice architecture on no/low-code (make, n8n)

• You spend hours with Cursor or Windsurf

• Fluent in English

• Comfortable working in a globally distributed remote team.
