The Agiloft GTM Lead will develop and execute a strategy to grow Spaulding Ridge’s Agiloft business in North America with enterprise-level clients. The GTM Lead is focused on building a sustainable and scalable business by identifying key plays that will increase bookings, maximize our cross-selling capabilities, and deepen client relationships.
What You’ll Do:
Meet and exceed an individual sales target of up to $3M+ annually
Lead the end-to-end sales process, driving pipeline generation, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
Work collaboratively to develop a growth strategy for Agiloft
Identify, develop, and prioritize Agiloft market offerings that fit enterprise client needs
Develop and execute account plans for enterprise clients, focusing on long-term growth and partnership
Oversee and lead Agiloft sales pipeline and align with revenue targets for Contract Lifecycle Management service line
Identify cross-selling opportunities and expand engagements within existing accounts
Engage with delivery teams to scope and develop compelling solutions for services engagements
Execute market activities, events, relationship development and thought leadership to drive awareness and sales pipeline
Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding complex client environments and associated challenges, providing high-value solutions that align with strategic goals
Provide thought leadership by authoring white papers hosting local events, and driving unique solutions
What You’ll Bring:
Proven success scaling a new market or offering within a consulting environment
Experienced selling to enterprise-level clients
Proven business development skills with ability to attain sales targets from alliances and/or originations
Deep functional and/or technical understanding of Agiloft cloud-based solutions
Strong business operations skills (e.g. developing a forecast and business plan / forecast, managing towards margin and utilization goals)
Demonstrated experience collaborating with a diverse team of consultants, sales executives and solution architects
Existing knowledge of and relationships within the Agiloft channel
Experience leading sales motions through client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops and deliverable review/approval sessions
Exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively engage with CxOs and senior decision makers
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, and/or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience
