At Pax8, we're revolutionising our HR landscape with cutting edge AI and Agile methodologies. Our mission is to transform our People Team into a product-led powerhouse, creating impactful solutions that resonate with our employees. As part of our new Global Employee Experience function, we're seeking an Agile and AI Lead to help drive this transformation.

 

In this unique role, you'll integrate Agile practices within our People Team to ensure high-value HR solutions are delivered efficiently. You'll advocate for AI-driven automation and user-centric design, creating products that elevate the employee experience. Additionally, you'll guide our People Product Owners and cross-functional teams in adopting Lean-Agile principles and AI-driven solutions.

Your Day to Day includes: 

🏫 Mentor and coach the People Team in Agile practices.

🕴️ Set up and teach Agile ways of working.

🏉 Choose and drive adoption of Agile methods.

🚗 Help prioritize the People product backlog.

⛔ Remove blockers and optimize workflows.

🏫 Train stakeholders in Agile best practices.

⚙️ Advocate for AI-driven HR innovation.

🤖 Integrate AI into workflows and decision-making.

📖 Facilitate learning with AI solutions.

🚗 Drive Agile transformation and collaboration.

🫡 Act as a liaison between leaders and product teams.

🪴 Develop and scale Agile HR practices.

In order to fulfil this role, you should be resident in this country with a valid right to work.

Designated Office & Working pattern

  • Tech set up to support great Home and In-office working

  • Hybrid & Home Office Working

  • Hours - 37.5hrs HOWEVER you will need to be flexible to align with EMEA and occasionally APAC

  • Designated Office: You will need to align with US (EST)

 

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $110,000 to $135,000, or more depending on experience.

If you struggle to get “time out” we’re happy to accommodate early/late conversations and interview times or if you have any queries. The talent partner managing this role, Dan, is located in the UK.
