The Role:

Cybercrime is the biggest threat that companies face today. Yubico has become the global standard for combating cyber attacks with phishing-resistant authentication at scale. The great news is that Yubico has been adopted by 9 of the top 10 technology firms, some of the largest financial institutions, manufacturing companies, retail/hospitality and healthcare organisations also use Yubico. We need help to expand even further.

Yubico is looking for a dynamic, experienced Account Director to join our expanding enterprise sales team. This individual will work with our rapidly growing customer base and new business prospects to drive Yubico revenue and enterprise utilisation. We welcome a strong, detailed individual who has deep knowledge of the enterprise market.

Revenue booked is a critical measure, but this role is so much more. It's also about changing the world and bringing trust back into our digital world for customers, partners, and their customers.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute your strategic and tactical business plan to drive revenue and large-scale adoption of Yubico products and services within a set of named accounts

  • New customer acquisition

  • Expand existing relationships within a set of installed base of accounts

  • Define and land new strategic relationships

  • Provide thought leadership to customers and, when available, at industry events

  • Partner with our UKI Yubico Channel Manager for the resale of Yubico solutions

  • Develop strong champions who actively advocate for Yubico

  • Work directly with BDR and Customer Success colleagues for customer lifecycle management

  • Coordinate with internal resources in a dynamically growing business to deliver an outstanding customer experience

  • When required, work collaboratively with Solution Engineering to develop complex solutions

  • Reporting to the VP Sales UKI, Nordics & MEA

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in a similar role

  • Deep understanding and experience in selling technology to large enterprise customers

  • Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and marketplace; Identity & Access Management (IAM) is a plus for this role, though not required

  • Track record of overachievement in selling, in both direct sales and through partners/SI’s

  • Comfortable having both business and high-level technical conversations with a CTO, CIO or CISO

  • Remote. Located in the UK.
