The role

As our CG Salesforce Consultant, you will be involved in various projects and you will utilize your Salesforce expertise, applied commercial experience, problem-solving abilities, and creative flair to support, advise, design, build, deliver, and maintain our Salesforce ecosystem end to end.

This will require you to be involved in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, and configuration alongside testing and deployment.

Expected Functions / Key Results:

  • Participate in client discovery sessions with a primary focus on documentation of existing business processes and identifying client needs.

  • Document recommended changes to organizational structure or processes

  • Evaluate and manage multiple customer solutions and projects effectively.

  • Configuration of client Salesforce platform including structure and functionality, troubleshooting, deployment and upload of data.

  • Design, build, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies

  • Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce platform to make adequate design decisions & propose solutions to requirements based on industry & technology best practices.

  • Documenting process, procedures, internal and end-user manuals, training materials and performing trainings to end users

  • Working closely with the Sales Managers to ensure alignment with the greater Sales organization

  • Lead the development of solutions built on Salesforce and configure the application in accordance with the project plan

  • Manage multiple stakeholders' engagements and work with associated team members to understand projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions for these teams.

Requirements:

  • 3 + years of experience working with Salesforce on different platforms

  • Experience with Consumer Good Cloud.

  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud it's a plus.

  • Preferably experience with Consumer good offline app 

  • Be a critical thinker: solve tough problems for the world’s biggest brands, work together, and be relentless in ensuring successful outcomes for clients.

  • Leveraging a strong understanding of Salesforce (multi-cloud) capabilities and limitations to clearly communicate those to customers.

  • You can distill complex technical ideas for a diverse set of stakeholders from developers, project managers, executives, and clients of all technical levels of sophistication.

  • You can easily adapt to work on several diverse types of projects of different sizes within different organizations.

  • You are a critical thinker: You don’t need to be told how to get from point A to point B. You are up for the challenge of figuring out how the pieces of a given project fit together.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

Licenses and Certificates:

Mandatory: Current Salesforce Certifications such as Certified Administrator and Consumer Good Cloud Certification and/or Sales and Service Cloud Consultant Good to have: Experience cloud certification, Platform App builder and / or Pardot certification

2nd step: Technical test

If the cultural fit interview goes well, we will invite you to move forward and solve a technical challenge based on your role and experience and assessed by our technical team.

3rd step: Technical Interview with the team

After passing the technical test, it’s time for a technical discussion around the exercise to better understand your skills and an introduction to the Tech Lead and other team members to give you a better idea of Nuvolar's team culture and so you can meet some potential future colleagues.
