Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Website Administrator to support our upcoming site migration through September. This role focuses on building and updating content pages using WordPress Gutenberg blocks within a headless design framework. While this is not a developer position, a solid understanding of how blocks function and are structured is important.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure pages are built accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable troubleshooting or escalating issues to the broader team when needed. The site is already halfway built, and we’re seeking additional support to help us meet our September launch deadline.
Pay: $40-$45 per hour
Responsibilities:
Prepare for upcoming site migration, with detail to page build expectations
Follow guidelines and spreadsheets created for new templates and page build
Complete component adds to the different templates
Troubleshoot issues and resolve them in a timely manner
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience with WordPress and website administration is required
WordPress CMS experience, preferably Gutenberg Builder
Experience with / exposure to Figma
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically, Excel
Experience managing an email inbox (MS Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams)
Ability to speak/write/translate Spanish is a plus
Must be located in the United States or Canada
