About the role

Anzen is looking for an experienced, talented, and self-motivated Wholesale Broker with a specialization in Management Liability, Cyber Risk, and Professional Liability. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retail brokers and agencies

  • Understand Executive Risk insurance needs and provide customized solutions to retail partners

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets while identifying new business opportunities 

  • Collaborate with Anzen marketing and distribution teams to cross-sell Executive Risk insurance products

  • Track Executive Risk insurance market trends and developments

  • Place insurance coverage with reputable carriers by negotiating terms and conditions while advising clients on risk mitigation strategies and best practices

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, technology, legal, and product

  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in insurance, risk management, business, or comparable experience

  • Active insurance licenses as required for the role

  • 3+ years of experience as a wholesale Executive Risk insurance broker with a deep understanding of client needs

  • Proven track record of successful client relationship management and business development

  • Strong knowledge of Executive Risk insurance products and market trends

  • Excellent negotiation, decision making, time management, and communication skills.

  • Professional certifications (e.g., RPLU, CPCU) are a plus

  • Previous experience with cutting-edge insurance technology or insurtech platforms

  • Proactive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development
