  • Lead A/B testing and UX improvements to enhance the shopping experience

  • Collaborate with logistics, operations, and customer success teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and post-purchase experience

  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in e-commerce

  • Ensure SEO best practices and performance optimization are implemented throughout the store

  • Partner with the Channel Sales director to minimize channel conflict and support overall growth of the Axelera and channel business

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing an e-commerce store, preferably for a tech or consumer electronics brand

  • Proven track record of growing online sales and improving key web metrics

  • Strong understanding of UX/UI, CRO, and digital marketing fundamentals

  • Experience with Shopify a plus, other e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce, Magento, or similar required

  • Solid project management skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

  • Global mindset – experience with international e-commerce, currencies, and localization is a strong plus

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

  • Native or near-native English speaking abilities
