A quick snapshot… As the VP of Conga’s North America Professional Services organization, you’ll be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and delivery of services while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth through scalable service offerings, including implementation and consulting. You’ll lead and manage Conga’s highly skilled PS team in the delivery of our high-end solutions. This includes building the team, embedding best practice processes, managing key customer relationships, overseeing execution plans, and planning efficient resource growth and allocation across the team to deliver for all our clients. You’ll be a facilitator, a coach, an advisor, and never stop asking questions. You’ll drive Conga’s strategic vision, foster a culture of innovation, and demonstrate inspiring leadership that motivates teams to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional customer value.

Here's what we’re looking for…  Related experience. You’re an expert in sales of services for complex and strategic deals with a track record of executing and over-achieving your booking targets. You know how to develop SaaS solutions aligned to the customer’s programs that will set them up for success. You can negotiate and sell to anyone – including all levels and teams of an organization. You’ve led a sales team/organization to follow strong sales methodology, organize optimally, and build the right incentive structures to motivate the team. You have experience in leading the development and rollout of GTM initiatives.

Inspire. You have a proven record of leading, training, and inspiring your team. You’re able to hire the right people, in the right positions, and help them develop in their careers. You motivate teams and get them focused on a vision with a consistent sales methodology. You share your knowledge and expertise to develop a world-class sales team capable of hitting pipeline and bookings targets.

Expert relationship cultivator. It’s important that you genuinely enjoy building relationships. It’s not enough to simply be nice to others or enjoy working with others – you’re truly interested in getting to know our customers and their needs. You can take their needs and your understanding of the nature of delivery to position the right solutions to the customers.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You’re not just comfortable engaging in collaborative discussions, but initiating them, too. You’re skilled at reading and adapting to different communication styles. When you speak, you are clear and concise. Your strong listening skills foster connections with our customers and allow you to accurately collect the right information so you can resolve issues in the most expedient way. 

Willingness to travel. Let’s face it – sometimes it’s better to meet in person. There will be the need to travel to meet with customers and internal teams.

Here’s what will give you an edge… Industry expertise. An understanding of Revenue Lifecycle Management software (CPQ & CLM) and/or Salesforce platform would allow you to hit the ground running.  

Education. Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree would be beneficial. The completion of a master’s degree would be even better!

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance. 

The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description.  We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements.  In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.

U.S base salary range:

$224,767—$382,104 USD
