Virtual Assistant
Qualifications
At least three (3) years of experience in Virtual Assistant roles and Sales is a plus.
Excellent English communication and multitasking skills
Proficiency in handling phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
Strong typing skills for note-taking and data entry during calls.
Attention to detail to ensure accurate message taking and forwarding.
Adaptability to various industries and client needs.
Familiarity with telephone systems and call management software.
Patience and empathy in dealing with callers, including those in stressful situations.
Reliable and punctual attendance, often in a 24/7 work environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations and provide appropriate responses.
Team player mentality to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors effectively.
Willingness to undergo training and continuously improve skills.
Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is beneficial but not always required.
Willing to work graveyard and can start training immediately
Has an existing home office setup with a conducive work environment
Computer or laptop with specs of at least core i5 or higher/7th gen or newer, or its AMD equivalent, 12 - 16GB RAM, functional camera, noise-canceling headset, and dual monitor
A stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download
Back-up power/internet is a plus
