Must have excellent email and project organization skills!

This is a position at my small law firm. I'm looking for someone motivated and organized. You must be able to manage projects and work well with others. Excellent customer service skills and being able to manage your tasks is essential to sucess in this role.

Generous bonuses given to long term staff of the firm.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to manage emails, clients, follow up with leads, manage calendar, research topics, create documents
  • Take zoom calls with clients and leads (must have professional attire and clean background)
  • Business hours are 9am-6pm Eastern Standard Time
  • Fast Internet to upload documents/content to Google Drive and Dropbox

Training period pay is $16/hour. Starting pay is $16-25/ hour (depends on experience). Monthly bonuses available for hitting targets. Starts as a contractor position and has potential to become a full time employee. This is a remote work from home position.

You will need to provide your own computer (with MS word and a webcam), phone, and high speed internet.

COMMON TASKS

  • Manage and organize emails
  • Respond to emails
  • Create lawyer's daily task list with deadlines
  • Schedule meetings
  • Zoom calls with prospective clients
  • Follow up with leads
  • Create invoices and get payments from clients
  • Maintain client folders
  • Follow up with clients
  • Create and maintain status charts for client cases
