In this role, you will be responsible for editing a range of video content for clients across various industries. This includes short-form social media videos, long-form vlog/documentary-style content, and event highlight reels. Key Responsibilities: Short-Form Video Editing
Edit talking-head and social clips into concise 30-60 second videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Refine video pacing and delivery by eliminating pauses and filler, and enhance accessibility through precise captioning using tools such as Submagic.
Ensure brand consistency by adhering to established presets for fonts, colors, and styles.
Long-Form Video Production (Vlog)
Edit and transform weekly raw footage into engaging YouTube vlog-style videos.
Efficiently transform substantial volumes of client-recorded material into polished, captivating long-form episodes.
Utilize provided timelines and templates to ensure timely delivery and consistent brand representation.
Event Video Production
Produce compelling event highlight reels, seamlessly integrating footage with music.
Interpret and execute client briefs to align visuals with chosen music and mood.
Ensure the final video effectively communicates the event's story and maintains optimal pacing.
Role Requirements:
3++ years of hands-on experience editing short-form (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), long-form (vlogs), and event highlight videos
Proficient in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro and captioning tools such as Submagic
Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual style
Able to follow brand guidelines, templates, and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects independently
