About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused VP of Marketing to lead core go-to-market functions including product marketing, brand, demand generation, campaign strategy, and field/partner marketing.
You’ll have a seat at the table and direct influence on company-wide strategy, growth, and investor-facing outcomes. You’ll be instrumental in helping Cyderes scale its presence, define its voice, and deliver measurable impact to revenue.
You’ll help us harness agentic AI, next-gen ABM, and an evolving GTM stack to drive performance.
This is a key leadership hire responsible for building a modern B2B marketing function — balancing short-term revenue impact with long-term brand equity and market expansion.
Responsibilities:
Define and refine our Unique Value Propositions (UVPs) across service lines (MDR, IAM, etc.)
Build clear messaging frameworks that resonate with enterprise buyers, partners, and influencers
Partner with Sales, Product, and Leadership to ensure market insight and competitive intelligence inform GTM strategy
Own full-funnel demand strategy across inbound, outbound, ABM, and partner channels
Set pipeline targets and design programs that convert marketing investment into sales-qualified pipeline
Measure performance rigorously — optimize CAC, ROMI, conversion rates, and channel ROI
Strengthen and differentiate the Cyderes brand in a crowded MSSP and MDR space
Own narrative development, thought leadership, and the content strategy that supports sales and brand equity
Build scalable systems for content, design, and creative execution
Collaborate with Alliances, Sales, and Channel teams to design and deliver co-marketing programs with top partners (e.g., CrowdStrike)
Lead strategy for CISO events, partner roadshows, and field activation aligned to pipeline goals
Hire, coach, and lead a high-performance team across product marketing, demand gen, content, and partner/field marketing
Work cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Channel orgs to align and scale GTM execution
Build processes, rituals, and operating systems that drive accountability and clarity across the org
What You Bring:
10–15+ years in B2B marketing with proven success in a high-growth, performance-driven environment
Deep expertise in product marketing, growth/demand generation, and go-to-market strategy
Experience working closely with sales teams and channel organizations to drive pipeline and revenue
Strong understanding of account-based marketing, CRM, marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo), and AI-driven tools (e.g., 6sense, Clay)
Experience in cybersecurity, managed services, or enterprise SaaS preferred
Comfortable owning KPIs and building playbooks from scratch while operating at pace
