As the Vice President of Consulting Services, you will be a pivotal member of the Professional Services leadership team, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Global Delivery. In this role, you will lead Consulting Services teams across NAMER, LATAM, and EMEA/APAC, ensuring alignment across regions, operational excellence, and revenue growth. You will champion a consulting-led approach, optimize service delivery, and establish Consulting Services as a strategic differentiator that delivers measurable value to our clients.    

This is an opportunity to provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership in a dynamic SaaS environment. You will drive business transformation for complex enterprise clients, working cross-functionally to enhance customer outcomes and optimize operational efficiency.   • Leadership & Mentoring: Proven ability to lead and mentor global teams, fostering excellence in Implementation and Technical Consulting.

  • Strategic Service Delivery: Expertise in driving strategy and execution for service delivery, aligning processes with business objectives to scale operations effectively.  

  • Client Advisory & Relationship Management: Strong consulting background with experience as a strategic advisor to complex enterprise clients, fostering strong relationships and driving business transformation.

  • Financial Acumen & P&L Management: Proven success in managing profitability margins, optimizing cost structures while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Ability to partner effectively with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to align services with customer needs and company goals.  

  • Technical Consulting Expertise: Strong understanding of complex technology ecosystems and architectures, ensuring seamless integration and optimization for clients.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Expertise in implementing data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics to optimize performance, efficiency, and customer outcomes.

  • Executive Presence: Ability to engage C-level stakeholders and lead strategic discussions.

  • Talent Development: Proven success in developing and retaining top consulting talent.

  • Change Management & Operational Efficiency: Expertise in change management, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a global team of Consulting Services Directors and their regional teams, ensuring excellence in Implementation and Technical Consulting.  

  • Drive strategy and execution for service delivery, aligning processes with business objectives to scale operations effectively.  

  • Act as a strategic advisor to complex enterprise clients, fostering strong relationships and driving business transformation.

  • Ensure financial discipline by managing profitability margins, optimizing cost structures while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to align services with customer needs and company goals.

  • Oversee consulting engagements within complex technology ecosystems and architectures, ensuring seamless integration and optimization for clients.

  • Implement data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics to optimize performance, efficiency, and customer outcomes. 

Compensation

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The total pay range for this role is $200,000 - $225.000.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
