Vice President - Analytics

As the Vice President of Analytics, you are at the heart of our data-driven culture. You will lead an international team of product analysts, automation specialists, and their leaders. In this role, you’ll deliver significant business impact by identifying high-quality insights and recommendations that are grounded in your ability to combine strategic thinking and problem-solving with well-thought-through analysis.
You will be our analytics visionary leader, fostering a culture of innovation that gives rise to ground-breaking business opportunities. You’ll harness the power of controlled testing, predictive ML, and generative AI to build products that help millions of people across the world.
What You’ll Do
Lead and develop a high-performing global analytics team, building future leaders while driving business impact.
Partner with initiative leaders and executives to embed analytics into strategic priorities, ensuring insights translate into measurable results.
Drive the company’s experimentation program, implementing A/B, multivariate, Bayesian, sequential, pre-post, and causal impact analyses to fuel growth.
Research and implement advanced analytics methodologies, including predictive ML and generative AI, to improve customer experience and drive business value.
Evangelize analytics and AI developments across the organization, building adoption and excitement.
Build a deep understanding of the business—from acquisition to retention—and deliver insights that lead to operational improvements and new growth opportunities.
Partner with data engineering to ensure access to reliable, trustworthy data pipelines that enable rapid decision-making.
Anticipate future needs and build the foundation to support analytics, experimentation, data science, and AI/ML at scale.
Participate in strategic planning and connect company vision to the analytics roadmap and OKRs.
What Success Looks Like
In the first 6–12 months, success in this role will mean:
Establishing trusted partnerships with initiative leaders, embedding analytics into the company’s most critical strategic priorities.
Delivering early wins through experimentation and advanced analytics that show measurable business impact (e.g., customer acquisition, retention, operational efficiency).
Building a clear analytics vision and roadmap aligned with company OKRs and long-term growth.
Strengthening and scaling the global analytics team, developing leaders and empowering teams to deliver at pace.
Demonstrating tangible applications of predictive ML and generative AI in production.
What We’re Looking For
10–15+ years of experience in a senior analytics role.
An exceptional people leader who succeeds by growing leaders and teams.
Demonstrable expertise in experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, Bayesian inference, pre-post, etc.).
Proven success in driving business impact through predictive and/or generative ML.
Deep understanding of how to democratize data and enable effective decision-making.
Strong executive communication skills; able to influence at all levels, including board and C-suite.
Hands-on capability with SQL/Python for ad hoc analysis when needed.
B2C and/or e-commerce experience strongly preferred.
Advanced degree in a related discipline (e.g., Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics).
Experience leading and developing international teams.
