Value Realization Manager - Supply Chain Risk
Position Overview
At Everstream Analytics, we are passionate about the success of our customers. We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven professional to join our Value Realization team, focused on maximizing the value realized by every customer. This role reports directly to the Director of Value Realization.
As a Senior Value Realization Manager, you will play a critical role in driving customer outcomes, deepening product adoption, and building lasting strategic relationships within our Enterprise customer segment. You’ll work hands-on with some of our largest and most strategic accounts, leading them through their Value Realization journey while collaborating cross-functionally across Sales, Implementation, Product, and Support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic planning, onboarding, adoption, and renewal for Enterprise accounts.
Serve as the primary contact for driving customer outcomes, adoption, and satisfaction.
Build and maintain executive relationships within strategic accounts.
Demonstrate Everstream’s value by conducting targeted supply chain analyses with customers.
Drive customer lifetime value through increased adoption, usage, satisfaction, and NPS.
Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Implementation to ensure seamless engagement.
Provide customer feedback to influence product roadmap and innovation.
Champion customer advocacy through references, testimonials, and case studies.
Mentor junior team members on analysis, presentations, and client management.
Contribute to best practices, playbooks, and processes that improve the customer journey.
Proactively identify risks and opportunities within accounts and take action.
Travel as needed for business reviews, analyses, and relationship-building.
Remain responsive to critical customer needs or escalations.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in management consulting, customer success, or account management, ideally in B2B SaaS or supply chain, procurement, or transportation solutions.
Strong experience working with Enterprise-level customers and managing complex client relationships.
Depth in problem solving supply chain analysis, and strategic planning.
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Executive presence and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams.
German fluency a plus.
European time zone coverage required.
100% Remote, with travel as needed.
