POSITION DETAILS: 

LOCATION: Remote, in Portugal

DEPARTMENT: Product 

REPORTS TO: UX/UI Designer, Team Leader 

 

POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a passionate researcher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers and engineers to evolve our products. The main focus of this role will be to support user research and business research to hep products make strategic business and product decisions. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: 

 

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify areas that enhance business knowledge, especially in unified communications

  • Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from relevant sources

  • Interpret research findings and translate them into actionable insights, reports, and presentations for stakeholders

  • Anticipate and resolve research challenges proactively

  • Apply strong problem-solving skills across research and design activities

  • Lead UX research initiatives, including user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis

  • Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to guide design decisions

  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and both low- and high-fidelity designs aligned with user and business needs

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and innovative product solutions

  • Consistently apply UI/UX principles throughout the development process

  • Advocate for user-centered design and usability best practices across all project stages

  • Clearly present research and design concepts to stakeholders to ensure alignment

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in research or UI/UX, with a strong portfolio showcasing your research process and impact.

  • Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

  • Experience leading UX research and translating insights into actionable design strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically about user needs and business objectives.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
