    • Present research findings that highlight user patterns and trends, explaining how both qualitative and quantitative data inform product recommendations.

  • Insight Reporting and Communication:

    • Communicate research insights through well-organized reports, data visualizations, and presentations, ensuring clarity for stakeholders.

    • Create design artifacts such as user flows, personas, and journey maps in tools like Figma, integrating both qualitative insights and quantitative metrics.

    • Guide stakeholders in interpreting research findings to balance user needs with business objectives.

Required Skillsets:

  • Data Synthesis: Strong ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear, actionable insights that inform product and design decisions.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively sharing research findings across reports, presentations, and visual artifacts.

  • Recruitment and Management: Experience recruiting participants for research studies and managing the research lifecycle, including recruitment, data collection, and post-study analysis.

  • Tool Proficiency: Proficient in research and design tools such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, Dscout, Figma, and Condens.
