As part of our Consumer Product research team, this role will support the Core Platform Pillar, with a focus on lifecycle research. This pillar is focused on acquiring new users, connecting them with the right content and communities on Reddit, and helping deepen their engagement. As a UX Researcher in our Consumer Product org, you’ll investigate user behavior and needs using qualitative methods (including semi-structured interviews, concept testing, and behavioral analysis) to design and conduct foundational and evaluative research to guide executive decision-making. The ideal candidate will leverage their research skills to drive product strategy and improve the user experience for new and future users of Reddit.

  • 3+ years of experience conducting consumer-focused, qualitative research on an embedded product team.

  • Demonstrated expertise in qualitative research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product development phase.
