As a University Recruiter (Contract), you will be an integral part of the early career hiring process. You will focus on full cycle recruiting for Software Engineering Interns and New Grads while providing a stellar candidate experience.

The impact you will have:

• Full-cycle recruiting from source to close for technical intern and new grad candidates

• Partner with UR Team to assist with team matching and allocation

• Manage high volume while maintaining excellent candidate experience and data integrity

What we look for

• A track record of sourcing, screening, and closing early in career technical candidates while providing top-tier candidate experience

• A focus on efficient and effective recruiting processes that support a diverse candidate pool

This is an hourly contract role intended for July-December, though we retain the right to shorten or extend the contract at any time.
