UI/UX Designer

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our close-knit engineering team. The ideal person is a motivated and results-driven individual who is looking to join an early stage technology company and help us drive digital marketing technology growth and innovation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to deliver user-centric design solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points

• Create information architecture and wireframes to define the structure and layout of digital products

• Design aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interfaces, including mockups, user goals, journey maps, prototypes, design wireframes and visual interfaces, and visual assets

• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs

• Develop interactive elements, animations, and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and development feasibility

• Maintain and contribute to the development of a design system to ensure consistency across products

• Ensure that designs are accessible to users with disabilities, following accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG)

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

What You Bring

• A bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field is required

• Firm grasp of design fundamentals demonstrated by a strong portfolio of digital projects

• Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for typography and visual hierarchy

• Clear and effective communication skills in articulating design concepts and rationales

• Proficient in Figma and/or Sketch, and an eagerness to learn new tools

• Positive attitude with a desire to grow within a collaborative, inspiring teamwork environment
