*** Experience in Automotive CRM highly preferred. Hands-on experience with at least one US retail automotive CRM system (e.g., DealerSocket, VinSolutions, Reynolds, CDK). Ability to explain lead lifecycle management from initial inquiry through delivery, including lead distribution, follow-up processes, and conversion tracking. Understanding of how CRM workflows adapt to varying dealership processes and sales methodologies.

The Learning Specialist II is vital in designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective employee training experiences. With a solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies, they will collaborate with stakeholders to create impactful learning solutions that drive individual and organizational performance. Key Responsibilities
Instructional Design & Development:
Utilize instructional design expertise to design and develop engaging training programs and materials, incorporating adult learning principles and best practices.
Update and refine existing learning objectives to ensure alignment with current business needs and learner expectations.
Create interactive learning activities and assessments, including role-plays and simulations, to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
Utilize instructional design tools (PowerPoint & Articulate Storyline) to create visually appealing and effective learning materials.
Facilitation & Delivery:
Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, adapting delivery style to meet diverse learner needs.
Utilize remote presentation platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom) to deliver virtual training sessions effectively.
Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
Manage and address learner feedback, including critical feedback, professionally and constructively.
Project Management & Collaboration:
Utilize project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) to track assigned tasks, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
Collaborate with Training Managers and Leads to review and refine learning content, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Partner with subject matter experts to gather relevant content and ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials.
Proactively seek feedback and guidance from colleagues and stakeholders to enhance personal performance and training effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning.
Continuously evaluate and refine training programs and materials based on learner feedback and performance data.
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in learning methodologies and technologies.
Mentorship & Leadership:
Serve as a mentor and resource for Learning Specialist Level I colleagues, providing guidance and support as needed.
Model effective collaboration and communication practices within the team and across the organization.
Skills and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a training, facilitation, or instructional design role. Experience in developing training programs for technical or specialized subject matter.
Certifications in learning and development, such as Certified Learning and Performance Professional (CLPP) or Association for Talent Development (ATD) certifications.
Preferred Skills
Demonstrated expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in instructional design tools (PowerPoint, Storyline) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both in-person and virtually.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking
Proven ability to manage and prioritize competing demands and deadlines.
Advanced knowledge of the automotive industry and the company's products.
