Finalsite will transform the way school communities engage with their schools. SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The Training & Education Specialist is integral to client onboarding and ongoing education efforts. They provide educational materials that are used for client education, as well as internal onboarding. They are also responsible for developing and maintaining internal and external resources (Learning Management System, Knowledgebase, etc.) related to the Finalsite platform.
LOCATION
100% Remote - Anywhere within the US
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain internal and client-facing documentation and software blogs to highlight new software features, best practices, and how-tos.
Stay up to date (through software update blogs, new help center articles, and training) on new product features and improvements, as well as web trends.
Provide support, best practice, and implementation assistance across our Content Management System (CMS), Enrollment Management System (EMS) and communication tools including Messages XR, Messages XR-Enterprise, and Mobile App communications.
Strengthen the Finalsite brand by exhibiting excellence in product knowledge and customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or commensurate experience.
Experience with websites built via content management systems (Wordpress, Squarespace, Wix, Weebly, Joomla, etc.) preferred.
Prior technical training or technical support experience preferred, but not required.
RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT
