About the Job
As an Tradeshow Event Manager at Twilio, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing third-party events. This role will support Industry events by leading and managing 3rd party events that include but are not limited to on-site support, beginning to end event planning, communications and logistics for in-person events. This role demands a high level of detail orientation, project management expertise, creativity, and the ability to collaborate across various stakeholder groups globally.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Event Planning and Execution: Lead the entire event planning process, project management amongst stakeholders, and onsite execution of key industry events
Budget and Vendor Management: Collaborate with team members and vendors on budget planning and maintain up-to-date event budgets. Manage vendor and stakeholder relations throughout the event planning process.
Procurement and Contracting: Handle the procurement and contracting processes for industry events, ensuring all agreements align with Twilio’s standards and requirements.
Project Management: Drive project management across all events, implementing processes and strategy to enhance efficiency and scale our event operations.
Event Measurement and Reporting: Be responsible for event measurement, providing detailed reports and communications regarding event outcomes and ROI.

Required:
Proven experience in event management, especially with third-party and industry-specific events.
Specific experience with 10x20, 20x20 size booths and higher
Strong experience in contract management and procurement related to events.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholder groups across different regions.
Highly process-oriented with a knack for implementing new processes to improve efficiency.
Proven ability to maintain event budgets
Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and events simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with strong analytical abilities.
Location
This role will be remote but is not eligible to be hired in California, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Washington.
Travel
We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 25% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
Based in Colorado or Washington D.C.: $86,100 - $107,600.
Based in New York, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $91,100 - $113,900.
Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $101,200 - $126,500.
This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
