Job Description

Position Overview:

The Part-Time Temporary (6 months) Marketing Assistant will support the Sr. Manager of B2B Marketing with day-to-day marketing activities to support the entire marketing division.

 

Our Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Manage various projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality completion on schedule for the entire marketing division

  • Create clear, compelling, and error-free content

  • Effectively manage daily administrative tasks

  • Support the Sr. Manager of B2B Marketing with administrative tasks

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Superb organizational and project management skills

  • Exceptional computer skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Customer service oriented

  • Team-oriented and creative

  • Problem solver and adaptable

  • Experience using Airtable is highly preferred

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, organic and paid social media, and demand gen marketing a plus

Additional Information

Employment Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions
