We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Technology Partner Manager to help accelerate Recharge’s growth by identifying, enabling, and growing high-impact technology partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of Product, GTM, and Platform Strategy. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end integration initiatives, from identifying opportunities and solutioning technical use cases, to driving adoption and revenue influence.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional with a product-savvy and go-to-market-oriented mindset to shape the future of how merchants discover, integrate, and get value from Recharge’s technology ecosystem.
What you’ll do
Strategic Integration Management
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize technology partners that align with Recharge’s roadmap, merchant needs, and market trends.
Assess the value of potential integrations through both a product utility and buyer journey lens, evaluating how an integration enhances customer experience or buying confidence, even when the integration overlap is limited. Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert on specific integration categories (e.g., Loyalty, Analytics, Shipping, etc.).
Product & Solution Mindset
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Solutions, and Engineering to support integration partners in defining solution architecture, clarifying API capabilities, and aligning technical requirements for successful builds.
Use competitive insights to identify gaps in our integration ecosystem (e.g., if competitors offer an integration that’s influencing deals, define how to close that gap).
Own the full integration partner lifecycle from validating technical feasibility pre-build, to supporting developer onboarding, enabling go-to-market success post-launch, and tracking adoption to ensure long-term impact.
Go-to-Market Execution
Develop and execute partner launch plans, including internal training, integration listings, PR, and sales enablement, and ensure the integration is featured in Recharge’s app marketplace and directory. Support scalable, self-service enablement wherever possible.
Measure and report integration-driven impact: adoption, retention, and revenue influence.
Create and maintain a strategy to increase merchant adoption of integrations and showcase value through health scores and integration ROI metrics.
Data-Driven Ownership
Analyze partner and integration performance: usage, adoption, drop-off, GMV influence.
Contribute to reporting frameworks and dashboards (e.g., Looker) that track performance at the integration, partner, and merchant levels.
Make data-informed decisions that improve partnership strategy and execution quality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the internal voice of the partner, collaborating with Product, Support, Partner Marketing, Legal, and Engineering to resolve friction and scale integration success.
Proactively educate stakeholders on integration value, and advocate for inclusion in customer solutions and product planning.
Operate with a bias for clarity, intention, and communication, ensuring all internal and external conversations are strategic, transparent, and well-informed.
What you’ll bring
3–5 years in a partnerships, product strategy, or SaaS integration role.
Familiarity with APIs (REST, OAuth), ecommerce stacks (Shopify, Headless, etc.), and common integration workflows.
Proven ability to evaluate and solution technical partnerships while keeping the customer journey front and center.
Strong communication skills; able to navigate technical and non-technical conversations with clarity.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and prioritizing based on customer impact and competitive value.
Analytical fluency with tools like Looker, Salesforce, and Gong to inform strategic decisions.
A proactive owner who is energized by solving ambiguity and turning ideas into scalable systems.
Bonus Points
Exposure to ecommerce platform ecosystems like Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias, or HubSpot.
Experience working on or with tech partner programs and marketplaces.
Passion for platform ecosystems, API design, or developer enablement.
Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier or AI tooling to streamline work.
