Riveron is looking for a Technical Manager focused on NetSuite software to join our Technology Enablement practice. This client-facing role will interact with key client leadership (CFO, CIO, Controller, etc.) and will primarily contribute to project execution and quality assurance on the NetSuite platform.
The Manager will work side-by-side with our implementation team members in leading client projects ranging from NetSuite implementations or optimizations, integrations, customizations, technology roadmap, and managed services. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven implementation background across all functional modules of NetSuite, the ability to customize NetSuite, and exposure to multiple third-party solutions and integration platforms.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
5+ years of NetSuite experience
Multiple full life cycle implementations serving as the technical lead.
Well-versed in NetSuite Administration, SuiteFlow, SuiteScripts, SuiteBuilder), Suite Analytic (saved searches and custom reporting), Advanced HTML / PDF, and Suite Development Framework (SDF).
Knowledge of report customization, systems configuration, and data augmentation/migration.
Experience with implementing and integrating with SuiteApps (Fixed Assets, ARM, OneWorld, etc.).
Experience with additional ERP systems (QuickBooks, Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics)
Experience with requirements gathering and documentation/business processes revamp and optimization/systems configuration/change and issues management.
Knowledge of systems functional design as well as technical design and system architecture.
Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, and Integrations (SFTP, REST, SOAP), and IPaas (Dell Boomi, Celligo, etc.).
What You’ll Do:
Lead / Manage the technical aspects of an implementation project from requirements through go-live.
Focus on a “business process first, technology second” mentality, ensuring business process consulting is woven into the fabric of projects
Translate business processes and data flows into business requirements.
Analyze process/data gaps and design technical documents to meet needs.
Develop solutions to bridge the gap between business requirements.
Lead unit testing of custom solutions, debugging and addressing test issues
Perform historical data cleanse and transformation, mapping, and migration of historical data.
For existing NetSuite customers, perform process reviews, gap analysis and determine technical solutions (SuiteApp, integration, customization) to optimize their environment. Document findings into an optimization roadmap.
Serve as client-facing representative of the Riveron technical group.
$100,000 - $180,000 a year
The expected pay range for this position is $100,000 to $180,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible). This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws.
