Technical Recruiter
We are currently looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our remote team! Our hiring team will play a major part in building a strong talent pipeline. This will require a hands-on approach to efficiently managing the recruitment process while maintaining a positive and informative candidate experience. What will you do?
Proactively search for candidates across multiple channels
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Nurture and build trust with passive candidates who may not be ready to pursue a new job
Work closely with hiring managers to understand the roles and requirements to translate to an efficient sourcing strategy
Collaborate with the talent team and leaders to develop highly effective processes with a focus on attracting the most talented candidates
Maintain and update our ATS
What skills do you bring?
2 years of technical recruitment experience, exposure and/or experience in a start-up or SaaS company is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Strong organizational skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to step into the unknown
Comfortable across multiple different systems and platforms with ease
What skills & experience would set you apart?
Prior experience in working in high volume hiring environment for technology hiring as a full-cycle recruiter
Familiarity, practical experience, academic background, or interest in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or FinTech sectors
Ability to keep key stakeholders well-informed throughout the different recruitment processes
