As a Technical Program Manager at Namecheap, you will use your deep technical knowledge to act as a “trait d’union” between Cloud Department and Product Department. You will oversee all the aspects of new feature developments, from helping product defining requirements and writing reports to evaluating the end results. 

Location & Time Zone: This role is 100% remote as long as you’re in the EET or Central Europe time zone +/- 2 hours.

Interview Process: 4 stages - 45 min HR conversation -> 1h Values/Technical discussion -> Home Task -> 1h interview with the leadership of different teams

Technologies: Project Management Software (ClickUp, Confluence) 

Reporting to:  Cloud Director 

Your team: 2 people (1 Manager, YOU!)

What will you do:

-Act as the connection between the Cloud Department and the Product 

-Lead and coordinate the delivery of multiple technical projects within the program

-Understand the feasibility of technical implementations

-Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact the program

-Work on improvements in visibility, tracking and communication in the projects 

-Communicate progress and status to senior leadership (Cloud and Product)

-Provide guidance and support to technical team members

-Help Product teams creating product requirements and project scopes

What you will bring:

-A solid background in software development with hands-on experience as a software engineer. You have a deep understanding of code, system architecture, and the complexities of building and deploying software products.

-Familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices. You can engage deeply with engineering teams and effectively translate technical progress and challenges to product and business stakeholders.

-Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional technical programs in fully remote, multi-cultural environments.

-Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills to drive alignment and strategic program outcomes.

-Demonstrated ability to lead without authority, leveraging strong influencing and negotiation capabilities.

-Expertise in identifying operational inefficiencies, implementing scalable improvements, and driving adoption through effective change management.

-Skilled at extracting insights from complex data to support decision-making and influence key stakeholders.

-Mentoring Engineering and Product Managers by fostering a supportive and empowering environment.
