We are seeking an Technical Product Manager in Mexico. What You'll Do:  A successful Technical Product Manager will be the facilitator all aspects of managing the product backlog, defining features, crafting user stories with clear criteria, and leading iteration planning.  They will drive the activities of the corresponding teams who will build, integrate or enhance any new or existing products in their respective portfolio aligned to the product roadmap using Agile methodology. The Technical Product Manager will coordinate & initiate appropriate vertical/product strategy coupled with the right SWAT POD with QA, Scrum Master, Architects and Developers. They will ensure seamless and scalable integrations and maximize product reusability and repeatability & focus on revenue growth to enable new logo strategic client acquisitions, improved customer experience & teamwork. This is a 100% work from home position. Individual must be authorized and working from Mexico. Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Product leadership to plan and coordinate the execution and delivery of the product roadmap

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate business requirements, breaking them down into epics, themes, and features and creating actionable user stories with acceptance criteria for the design team to conceptualize and the development team to implement

  • Validate specifications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure they are consistent with articulated business requirements and deliver the expected results

  • Document new features and communicate functionality to end users

  • Actively measure and analyze existing products for opportunities to innovate and improve

  • Integrate performance metrics, usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction

  • Demonstrate a willingness to experiment, iterate, innovate, and fail quickly

  • Explore, evaluate, recommend, and apply new and alternate technologies

  • Document large and complex assignments for knowledge transfer and developing expertise in multiple areas

  • Collaborate with sales, customer success managers, solution experts, technical experts and partners across multiple functions and geographic locations to present and position current and future product offerings

What You May Need to be Successful:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (Verbal and Written communication)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technology field or equivalent work experience

  • Three or more years’ related experience in Technical Product Management or related role, preferably in a global, public organization, including practical agile experience

  • Experience in helping design and implement large-scale event-driven architectures is a plus

  • Familiarity with product and software development tools, techniques and agile methodologies

  • A passionate commitment to user-centered design and development

  • Strong listening and question-based knowledge gathering skills

  • Ability to synthesize and analyze data from a variety of sources, identify issues, draw conclusions, and craft solutions

  • Proven ability to self-manage and drive results (organize, prioritize, time manage and focus)

  • Demonstrated ability to create value through enterprise technology, data and application architecture principles

  • Great team player with respect for others, yet able to work independently

  • Inquisitive and willing to learn
