We’re seeking a Technical Lead I to join a high-impact, new initiative within the Breeze Assistant team at HubSpot. Breeze Assistant is a fully conversational AI chief of staff designed specifically for Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. By integrating frontier AI capabilities with rich data from HubSpot and third-party applications, Breeze provides an AI assistant that fundamentally transforms team collaboration and productivity. As a Technical Lead I on the Breeze Assistant team, you would join a talented set of teams comprising both frontend and backend teams. The team has direct customer impact as well as deep technical problems.

Qualifications:
Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms and integrations.
Prior experience developing desktop applications with frameworks like Electron, SwiftUI, or AppKit.
Experience with Java
Demonstrable interest or previous work in developing collaborative and conversational user experiences.
Strong Senior Engineer with some experience leading small teams
Cash compensation range: 165500-248300 USD Annually
Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
