In 2024, the company became a unicorn while continuing its expansion among enterprise customers and strategic verticals with an impressive 45% year-over-year top-line growth. Creatio works globally, providing an AI-native no-code platform for workflow automation and CRM.  With amazing opportunities ahead of us, we’re looking for a driven and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager, Americas to join our HR Team. About the Role:As the Talent Acquisition Manager for the Americas, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our team across the region. You will lead a team of recruiters, manage our hiring strategy for Go-To-Market roles, and partner closely with senior leadership to attract top-tier talent. This is a high-impact role where your leadership will directly influence the future of Creatio. What You’ll Do: Recruitment LeadershipOwn and optimize the full-cycle recruitment process across the Americas region.Lead strategic hiring efforts for key leadership roles, both directly and via external partners.Monitor and report on hiring metrics to ensure efficiency, consistency, and success. Team Development & ManagementMentor, support, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters.Conduct regular one-on-ones to provide feedback, coaching, and career development.Support onboarding and continuous enablement of recruitment team members. Process & Strategy OptimizationIdentify and implement best practices to elevate the candidate experience.Drive process improvements based on data insights and performance metrics.Champion innovation in sourcing, outreach, and employer branding. Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementServe as a trusted partner to department leaders across Sales, Channels, Customer Success, and Solution Consulting.Communicate hiring progress, challenges, and wins with key stakeholders.Build strong cross-functional relationships to align recruitment efforts with business priorities. What You Bring:Bachelor's degree required.5+ years of talent acquisition leadership experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS environments.A track record of hiring for Go-To-Market and senior-level roles.Proven experience managing and scaling recruitment teams.Strong data analysis skills to drive strategic decision-making.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS); it’s a plus if it is with Lever. What You Can Expect from Us:Award-Winning Product: Represent a Gartner-recognized leader in the enterprise software space.Remote-First Flexibility: Enjoy the balance of working from anywhere, with opportunities to collaborate in-person at our global hubs.High-Standard Culture: Join a team that values ownership, care, and excellence.Vibrant Company Life: Engage in a wide array of virtual and in-person events designed to strengthen community and team spirit.Wellness & Benefits: Access a comprehensive suite of health and wellness offerings.Competitive Compensation: Earn a package that reflects your impact and experience.Modern Boston Hub: Work from our beautiful Boston office, fostering creativity and collaboration. If you’re a passionate recruitment leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to shape the future of a fast-growing SaaS company — we’d love to hear from you.
