About the Job Twilio seeks a data-driven TA Data Reporting Analyst to empower our Talent Acquisition and People teams by analyzing key data, building custom reports, and translating complex insights, and stories into business impact. You’ll partner extensively with Talent Acquisition, People Insights, Workforce Planning, and leaders across the business to optimize recruiting effectiveness, enable hiring quality talent and guide strategic talent intelligence. Your expertise will enable informed decisions and operational excellence through compelling storytelling, robust data governance, enable data literacy and deliver advanced analytics.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Build and evolve the Recruiting Data Strategy, designing metrics, requirements, and definitions in partnership with key stakeholders.
Partner with People Insights, WFP, Finance, and Talent leaders to deliver and maintain actionable analytics, dashboards, and solutions that enhance recruiting capacity and effectiveness.
Perform advanced data analysis using available dashboards and tools to extract insights, preparing memos and presentations that empower business and talent decision-making.
Develop a reliable Headcount (HC) Plan to support capacity planning and resourcing. This HC Plan should proactively contribute to our talent strategy by ensuring that the organization is well-prepared for future staffing needs and can effectively align talent acquisition efforts with business goals
Build custom reports and conduct ad hoc data blending to reveal recruiting trends, measure program effectiveness and ROI, and support operational excellence.
Develop, document, and implement system audits to ensure global data accuracy, and drive process improvements including automation opportunities.
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, gathering requirements to enhance data tooling and the user experience.
Work with internal teams to identify opportunities for improved data processes, reporting automation, and better program outcomes.
Oversee Candidate data governance by implementing policies, audits, and controls for data quality, compliance, and privacy.
Continuously adopt and enable new analytics tools and methodologies to work with internal teams to identify opportunities for improved data processes, reporting automation, and better program outcomes.

Required:
2+ years of experience working in recruiting and recruiting leadership across various contexts (e.g., Technology, Executive Search, Global recruiting teams).
8+ years of industry experience, managing, designing and delivering world-class data, insights and technology solutions in the HR domain.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying, reporting and analyzing data
Strong understanding of the talent data landscape, the functions and processes that produce this data, including existing challenges and best practice.
Expertise in analyzing, interpreting and utilizing people-related data.
Strong analytical skills and experience with multiple data analysis and visualization tools, including AI-powered analytics platforms (i.e. visier).
Demonstrated ability to craft clear, compelling data stories, present insights effectively to a wide variety of audiences, and translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations.
Proven stakeholder management skills, with a track record of collaboration and influence across technical and non-technical teams.
Desired:
Experience developing and implementing talent acquisition data strategies and roadmaps in a global or technology-driven organization.
Familiarity with workforce planning, Capacity planning, headcount planning, operational and data transformations
Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Visier, and/or expertise with platforms like Visier or Eightfold.
Demonstrated success creating enablement documentation and facilitating end-user adoption of analytics tools.
Location
This role will be remote, and based in Ireland.
Travel
