We are seeking two Talent Acquisition business partners to join our dynamic team. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be integral to our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract, select, and onboard the highest caliber of talent.
What You'll Do:
Become a Trusted Partner: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and functional leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective, strategic recruitment plans.
Craft Compelling Narratives: Leverage your strong writing skills to create compelling job descriptions that resonate with top-tier candidates. These descriptions should accurately reflect the role, responsibilities, and unique Welltech culture, attracting high-caliber individuals who are a perfect fit for our team.
Sourcing Powerhouse: Utilize a comprehensive range of sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent. This includes leveraging online platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and other innovative strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.
Streamlined Recruitment Journey: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience at every touchpoint. This includes providing timely feedback to hiring managers, to ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience. We have a cool ATS system, so you wont need to schedule interviews.
Staying Ahead of the Curve: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Proactively implement innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data insights to inform strategic decision-making and continuously refine our recruitment efforts. Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Collaborative Spirit: Work seamlessly with the broader HR team to ensure a cohesive and efficient recruitment experience for all stakeholders.
Welltech Ambassador: Partner with the recruitment marketing team to enhance the company's employer brand, promoting Welltech as an employer of choice.Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other activities to build a robust talent pipeline.
What You Bring to the Table:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field within a high-growth environment.
A proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent for diverse roles and industries (ideally tech and product/marketing recruitment).
Have experience hiring in the UK, Cyprus, Spain, Poland, and Ukraine (2 out of 5 is recommended)
A demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and foster a positive candidate experience that showcases Welltech's employer brand.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment software (we have Ashby but we will train you from scratch)
Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics and reporting.
