The Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Americas region at Neara plays a pivotal role in our HR team, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to fuel our growth and innovation. This position is essential in aligning our workforce with the organisation's strategic objectives. By leveraging your expertise in recruitment strategies, candidate engagement, and market insights, you will help cultivate a diverse and skilled workforce that drives our success. Your efforts will not only shape our teams but also contribute significantly to Neara’s mission of delivering outstanding solutions to our customers. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent, including passive candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to phone screening, to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey to uphold Neara's employer brand.
Provide regular updates and metrics on recruitment activities to stakeholders/hiring managers for informed decision-making.
Lead recruitment projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the overall recruitment function.
WHO YOU ARE:
Experience working with comparable SaaS start-up/scale-up environments across a variety of roles and regions.
Proficient in utilising ATS platforms to streamline the recruitment process and manage candidate data efficiently.
Experience in leveraging job boards and online platforms to advertise job openings and attract potential candidates.
Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates through various channels to meet hiring needs effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
The ability to identify and engage with top-tier candidates in the competitive job market.
