What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Business Partner to drive the end-to-end recruitment process for critical Product Manager and Product Content roles. This role is essential for scaling our product organization by attracting and hiring world-class, innovative talent. The ideal candidate will be a full-cycle recruiting expert with a deep understanding of the product and tech landscape, capable of building strong pipelines, influencing stakeholders, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Intake & Strategy:

  • Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to fully understand job requirements, team culture, business context, and ideal candidate profile (ICP).

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven sourcing and recruitment strategies tailored to the specific technical and domain requirements of PM and PC roles.

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for the hiring process with stakeholders.

Sourcing & Pipeline Management:

  • Proactively identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, market mapping, networking, specialized platforms).

  • Build and maintain robust pipelines of high-quality, diverse talent for both immediate and future hiring needs.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's culture and employee value proposition (EVP) authentically to the product community.

Candidate Management & Assessment:

  • Screen and qualify candidates for both technical aptitude (e.g., product development lifecycles, content strategy) and cultural fit.

  • Partner with hiring managers to design effective interview processes and scoring rubrics that accurately assess core competencies (e.g., strategic thinking, execution, communication).

  • Facilitate interview debriefs, ensuring structured, objective decision-making and clear consensus among the interview panel.

Closing & Negotiation:

  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, benefits discussion, and closing candidates confidently and professionally.

  • Ensure a seamless and positive transition from offer acceptance to the onboarding process, including regular communication with the candidate.

Stakeholder Management & Market Expertise:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership on market trends, competitive intelligence, compensation, and effective talent acquisition strategies.

  • Proactively share market insights, salary data, and competitive landscapes to inform decision-making and manage expectations.

  • Drive continuous improvement in the recruiting process, focusing on efficiency, quality of hire, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.

  • Utilize recruitment data (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire, pipeline health) to identify bottlenecks and optimize recruiting performance.

Required skills

  • Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Product Management and/or Product Content roles (e.g., Product Marketing, UX Writing, Technical Content Strategist).

  • Proven track record of successfully hiring senior and niche technical roles in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment across Europe.

  • Expertise in advanced sourcing methodologies and tools, with a focus on engaging and converting passive product talent.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand how product roles contribute directly to company success and revenue.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex roles and the company's value proposition persuasively.

  • Strong influencing skills, capable of coaching hiring managers and navigating complex internal dynamics.

  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle complex compensation packages and manage candidate expectations effectively.

  • Expert user of LinkedIn Recruiter and various professional networking platforms, industry forums, and community events relevant to product roles.
