The mission of the Global Logistics Analyst is to ensure accurate, efficient, and proactive execution of global logistics operations β€” from purchase order creation to final warehouse delivery β€” while guaranteeing full traceability, cost optimization, and compliance. Beyond execution, this role is expected to challenge the status quo by identifying inefficiencies, proposing automations, and leading process improvements powered by AI and smart tools. Key Responsabilities:

  • Purchase Order Management: Create and manage POs, Lot Numbers, shipping marks, and ASNs with 100% accuracy.

  • Freight Coordination & Vendor Management: Approve bookings with forwarders, track ETD/ETA, and ensure on-time departures (Air: 3d / Sea: 7d SLA).

  • Documentation & Compliance: Validate shipping documents, resolve discrepancies, and enforce vendor guideline compliance.

  • Data Accuracy: Maintain ERP (NetSuite) and 3PL portals with up-to-date shipment, inventory, and financial data.

  • National Brands Logistics: Oversee end-to-end PO logistics for National Brands, ensuring <2% discrepancy and <5-day warehouse receiving lead time.

  • Transfer Orders: Manage TOs between storage and fulfillment centers to align inventory with demand.

  • SKU & Inventory Systems: Maintain Shapermint/Truekind product data (SKUs, UPCs, labels).

  • Automation & AI Implementation: Identify manual tasks, propose AI/low-code solutions, and co-develop dashboards with BI/Data teams.

  • Reporting: Deliver weekly/monthly reports on freight status, discrepancies, and KPIs.

  • Financial & Reconciliation: Partner with Finance on freight, duties, and taxes reconciliations.

  • Experience: 2+ years in international logistics, supply chain, or trade operations.

  • Technical Skills (Must):

    • ERP systems (preferably NetSuite).

    • Intermediate/advanced Excel & Google Sheets.

    • Strong knowledge of POs, bookings, tracking, and compliance.

  • Technical Skills (Nice to Have):

    • Low-code/no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n).

    • AI-powered process optimization (ChatGPT, Copilot).

    • Data visualization (Tableau, dashboards).

    • 3PL systems (ShipHero, Flexport, Amazon SC).

  • Attributes:

    • Highly detail-oriented and process-driven.

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

    • Excellent organizational and follow-up ability.

    • Fluent English communication with international vendors.
