Role
We are seeking a Subject Matter Trainer to join our dynamic Professional Services Department. This role focuses on delivering high-quality training sessions on asset management to clients across Latin America and Spanish speaking jurisdictions, with potential expansion to other regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in classroom delivery, a strong understanding of asset management principles, and preferably, knowledge of cryptocurrency.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and informative training sessions on asset management to government agencies, law enforcement, legal firms, and other relevant stakeholders.
Customize training materials and curricula to meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring content relevance and effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, integrating this knowledge into training programs.
Assess training needs of clients, gather feedback, and continuously improve training delivery and content.
Support business development efforts by showcasing training capabilities to prospective clients and identifying opportunities for expanding training services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cryptocurrency trends and developments, incorporating relevant insights into training content where applicable.
Collaborate with the broader Training Academy team to convert live training content into on-demand virtual content for scalable distribution.
Requirements
Proven experience in classroom training delivery, ideally within the field of asset management or a related industry.
Strong understanding of asset management principles, processes, and best practices.
Familiarity with cryptocurrency concepts and their implications for asset management (bonus points).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to travel within the UK/EU region as needed for training engagements.
