The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for you that will help you become the best professional you can be and face amazing challenges that will make you an expert Strategy Ops Manager. This is a unique job experience to join a vibrant, fast-growing organization in an influential role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Influur communicating with potential buyers to do the actual selling, and sales ops people. Additionally, support our sales team to ensure our organization reaches its sales goals each year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a deep analysis of our sales-campaign team current dynamics that will allow us to design and implement a sales-operations strategy.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales-campaign team to boost productivity.

  • Become the owner and promoter of data in our sales-campaign team. This will allow us to collect and analyze key data, generating trends, insights and areas of opportunity to guarantee an informed decision making process and to enhance sales effectiveness.

  • Act as a Key point of contact for our team, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Support the sales team in lead management, including lead assignment, tracking, and follow-up, to ensure timely and effective lead-to-opportunity conversion.

  • Assist in the creation and optimization of sales collateral, presentations, and proposals to support the sales team in their efforts to win new business.

  • Work hand to hand with our head of sales to implement key processes and boost productivity.

  • Work hand to hand with our Ops and Product team Lead the implementation and development of key dashboards to analyze data.

  • Support our sellers to meet or exceed assigned sales targets, consistently striving for excellence in performance and revenue.

  • Promote and manage the usage of HubSpot in the company by ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information, sales pipeline management, and reporting capabilities. Also conduct training sessions for our team.

  • Build and become the ambassador of recruitment and onboarding within our sales-campaign team.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales operations and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

  • Review and work with our finance team to understand and structure a pricing strategy.

  • Review and work with our People team to understand and structure workforce planning and the compensation schemes, specially for the sales team.

  • Any additional functions required by the business. 

Desired Background

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales operations.

  • Previous experience automating processes.

  • Previous experience as a sales operator and building the processes.

  • Expertise in HubspotSQL - Dashboard Power BI.

  • High English level (+B2).

  • Excellent communication skills and people orientation.
