Aidoc is recruiting a Strategic Growth Director in the United States. Join our team!
About Aidoc
Aidoc helps health systems deliver smarter and faster care when it matters most. Its mission is to transform patient outcomes through ‘always on’ clinical AI, eliminating preventable care gaps that lead to loss of lives and disabilities. Through our proprietary aiOS™ platform, Aidoc seamlessly integrates real-time intelligence into provider workflows, helping physicians make faster clinical decisions for over 45 million patients a year. With the most FDA-cleared AI solutions in its category and deployments across 150+ health systems globally, Aidoc elevates the physician and patient experience.
Backed by General Catalyst, Square Peg, NVentures (NVIDIA’s venture arm), and four major U.S. health systems, Aidoc has raised $370 million to date, including a recent $150 million round to accelerate development of CARE™, its clinical-grade foundation model.
About this role
Hospitals and health systems face an urgent challenge: rising patient demand, physician shortages, and growing workloads have created critical backlogs, sometimes extending for weeks. To address this, healthcare leaders are seeking transformative solutions to optimize care delivery.
Clinical AI is quickly gaining traction as a key enabler for change. Health system executives are increasingly confident in its potential to improve diagnostic accuracy, enhance patient outcomes, and reduce strain on healthcare teams. In response, health systems are prioritizing AI deployment with strategic governance to scale enterprise-wide solutions—solutions that deliver far greater clinical benefits than isolated tools.
As a Strategic Growth Director at Aidoc, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our enterprise platform (aiOS) and clinical AI solutions within large health systems. You will leverage your expertise to build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and clinical leaders, guiding them toward a deeper understanding of the multi-dimensional value of clinical AI. Through strategic advisory and partnership, you’ll help health systems overcome challenges like physician shortages and workflow inefficiencies, ultimately improving care quality, financial sustainability, and competitive advantage. Your efforts will lead to long-term, multi-year partnerships that accelerate care delivery, support better clinical decision-making, and save lives.
Responsibilities
Build & Maintain Strategic Relationships: Establish and cultivate consultative relationships with C-suite executives and clinical leaders across large health systems. Develop a thorough understanding of their strategic priorities, challenges, and goals.
Articulate the Value of AI: Become a trusted advisor, effectively communicating the value proposition of Aidoc’s platform. Ensure key stakeholders are aligned on the platform’s transformative power for both clinicians and patients.
Manage & Grow Accounts: Oversee a portfolio of high-value accounts, focusing on penetrating new customers while nurturing and expanding existing relationships. Drive adoption across your account base to deliver measurable value.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams such as Marketing, Customer Success, and Innovation to align on seamless, strategic account plans that maximize success and impact.
Lead Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline management, ensuring consistent progress towards and surpassing revenue targets.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS solution selling or IT transformation consulting, with a proven track record of driving the adoption of transformative cloud-based technologies.
Extensive experience working directly with C-suite executives to drive digital transformation within large health systems, navigating complex organizational dynamics.
Collaborative mindset with a history of working cross-functionally within organizations to solve challenges, align strategies, and ensure successful outcomes.
Proven ability to identify and capitalize on new enterprise business opportunities across both new and existing accounts, driving growth and expanding the customer base.
Consistent history of success in exceeding targets and delivering results in a high-stakes, target-driven environment.
Ability to travel as needed.
