JOB SUMMARY:
Newmark Grubb Knight Frank is currently seeking a Sales professional (Strategic Account Executive) to develop new business for consulting and technology services and to manage existing customer relationships. Specific services include IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management Systems), Enterprise Asset Management and Business Intelligence. This includes the development of a strong pipeline as well as the ability to meet the expectations of the territory quota by leveraging vendor and customer relationships for new and existing business.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
* Meet or exceed annual quota
* Consistent performance toward goal
* Strong account leadership
* High Level of customer satisfaction
* Consultative approach
* Leverage vendor and market relationships
* Selling large long term programs
* Creating a balance between existing and new accounts.
* Collect and compare pertinent data on the target market, from which recommendations and proposals can be drawn.
* Strategic planning and forecasting.
* Promote NGKF through trade shows, conventions, networking events and public relations opportunities
* Assist marketing departments in developing new business strategies, conduct market analysis, and create new and improved methods for marketing products through various new and traditional media.
* Develops a thorough understanding of prospects /clients technical environments and business.
SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor s degree
* Minimum of 5+ years successful experience in Enterprise sales / services, including the execution of multiple, concurrent sales efforts.
* Knowledge of TRIRIGA, Archibus, Maximo and other Real Estate Technologies
* Demonstrates an experience selling complex solutions and services.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Professional presentation skills and demeanor.
* Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office applications, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
* Prior experience with CRMs (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
