We’re seeking a seasoned Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead large-scale initiatives across our Infrastructure, Application Security, Database, and Data Platform teams. You’ll drive strategy, planning, and execution for programs that power the scalability, security, and reliability of our SaaS platform. This role sits within the R&D Operations team and requires technical acumen, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence at all levels. 

How you'll add value:

  • Act as a thought partner to senior leaders in the product line, supporting decision-making with clear insights and structured approaches 

  • Facilitates the operations of the Infrastructure teams through ceremonies like Product Steering and Capacity Planning, for example

  • Define success metrics, build dashboards, and use data-driven insights to improve velocity, reliability, and quality

  • Knows deeply the portfolio of work for the product line to manage impediments, risks, and dependencies to drive quarterly planning and execution 

  • Drive improvement across different programs like DevFinOps, Disaster Recovery, and Application Security

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Platform leadership to align roadmaps, manage dependencies, and deliver critical programs on time

  • Orchestrate quarterly and long-term planning across multiple technical domains, ensuring risks and impediments are surfaced and addressed early

  • Apply expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) to improve delivery predictability and coach teams through scaling challenges

  • Translate complex infrastructure and data platform architectures into actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders 

  • Introduce best practices, processes, and tools that enhance operational capabilities and accelerate delivery

  • Support change management by helping to land process and policy changes through communications, training, and onboarding. 

  • Catalyst in the R&D Operations Organization propelling us to continually improve and expand our operational capabilities 

  • Remains on the cutting edge of new tools and methodologies to iterate and innovate within the operations of the R&D organization and the infrastructure organization 

  • Develop strong relationships with all team members and leaders across the R&D Organization 

  • Other Duties as assigned 

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • 8 or more years of prior experience working in technical program management, infrastructure operations, or engineering operations 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with additional certifications in Agile or Agile leadership 

  • Extensive background in coaching infrastructure teams through Agile Process and Infrastructure Scaling opportunities 

  • Technical aptitude – understands what is being built to successfully drive planning and execution 

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations through storytelling. 

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and influence; ability to drive organizational change and innovation. 

  • Expert in driving multiple large scale and complex cross-functional programs from concept to completion 

  • Experience in SaaS, platform technologies, multi-cloud strategies or enterprise software. 

  • Expert with tools like Jira, Jellyfish, and EazyBI and has implemented and managed in the past 

  • Experience with modern cloud infrastructure tools that track cost, observability, application security, etc.

  • This position has a salary $139,200 - $190,000 / year. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
